Eric Kolder's practice at Ramey & Flock is focused on employment law & litigation, probate & trust litigation, and estate planning.

Eric has been working with Rosemary Jones (Board Certified Labor & Employment Law attorney) for several years, and he has taken over her labor and employment law docket.  Eric is familiar with the legal issues facing business owners, and has developed his own expertise in labor and employment law under Rosemary's mentorship.  Eric has a business mindset, having received an accounting degree and passed the CPA examination.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Kolder worked in private accounting. Mr. Kolder's financial and accounting knowledge coupled with his legal training allows him to provide his clients with a complete approach to their issues.
